RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As a customer of Reshop Vintage, you have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal. Note that this is only valid for EU customers only. 

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day that you have received the item.

After this period, we can no longer accept your item for return. 

The deadline means that you have 14 days from the receipt of the item to let us know that you would like to cancel your purchase. This statement must be sent to us via email to info@reshopvintage.com.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must always pay for the return shipping yourself when you return an item. When returning an item, you as the buyer are responsible for the item if it is lost or damaged during the return shipment.

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you have received the last item.

We unfortunately do not accept item exchanges.

Please note that we only accept packages that are sent directly to our address and not to a parcel shop.

You can also buy the label directly from us. Just send us a message if you would like to buy the label from us. 

 

The condition of the item when you send it back:

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. You can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the purchase shipping costs back. 

All products are requested to be returned unused with the tag and if they were sold with their original boxes, dust bags and / or certificates of authenticity, they must also be returned.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. 

If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

  

REFUND PROCESS

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used to purchase the item, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item. 

 

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS & REPAIRS

If your item has been custom made, this item cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Repairs and restorations can also not be returned or exchanged.
